“Why is it that you are always too small or too tall?”

Finally saw Alice In Wonderland last night with Kristin, and we both adored it.  I’m glad they didn’t try to tell the actual story, because that gave them much more room for getting creative and making it dark.  Hands down the best thing about the movie, though, was the wardrobe.  I wish there were better pictures out there right now, but we’ll just have to wait until people get the DVD and make screencaps.  Anyway, I was utterly inspired and have been dreaming of soft, rustling crinolines.

I thought Mia Wasikowska was fantastic, and I can’t wait to see more from her.
